Community Guidelines

memStock (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is designed for families to safely share conversations, memories, and schedules. To ensure that all users can use the Service safely and comfortably, we have established the following Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "the Guidelines"). By using the Service, you agree to these Guidelines.
1. Basic Policy
- Please respect each other and strive for considerate behavior.
- Adhere to these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, and applicable laws.
2. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited:
- Discriminatory or insulting remarks, hate speech
- Sending violent or sexually explicit content, or any content that causes discomfort
- Sharing others' personal information without their consent
- Impersonation or spreading false information
- Spam, solicitation, or commercial use contrary to the purpose of the Service
- Illegal activities or transactions involving illegal goods/services
- Unauthorized access, interference with, or alteration of the Service
3. Child Safety
The Service is intended for family use and may involve minors. Parents (administrators) should be mindful of their children's usage and supervise appropriately. Content that threatens the safety of children is strictly prohibited and will be promptly deleted or reported upon discovery.
4. Response to Violations
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for nuisance or harassment toward other users. If any actions violating these Guidelines are confirmed, we may take necessary measures, including deleting content, restricting features, or suspending or deleting accounts.
In addition, the administrator of a Family Group may remove from that group a Family User or Guest who has engaged in nuisance conduct. If you find objectionable content or abusive conduct, please report it to the contact point in "5. Contact Us" (support@memstock.com). We will confirm and respond promptly.
